We Offer...
- Control month-end BCE processes including provision of regional / global estimate, journal postings and control file
- Deliver regular monthly and ad-hoc BCE reporting
- Volume reporting
- Database management and reporting (Spectral, ET)
- Take part in investigations and have responsibility for various month end control issues as they arise
- Develop month end control file to be distributed to regional colleagues across the month end period
- Support ad hoc BC&E enquiries and analysis
- Manage accounting process for Index Licence fees covering analysis of usage, accruals, allocations and payments
- Balance Sheet reporting for BCE
- Required to work on and support team in on-going projects by documenting findings and actions
- Develop extensive BCE knowledge particularly as it relates to the firms account structure and the different types BCE spend.
- You Offer...
- Basic understanding of trade execution, clearing, settlement processes and the costs that are incurred as part of regular business.
- Background in financial reporting & analysis and/or management accounting skills
- Proactive approach – e.g., ability to work on one’s own initiative
- High motivation and drive to succeed
- Strong communication, interpersonal, & relationship-management skills (e.g., ability to network with other teams / peers)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to resolve issues through own decision making.
- Advanced MS Excel skills e.g. ability to organize large amounts of data and have strong knowledge of lookups, pivots, if statements, etc.
- MS Access – basic / intermediate level
- Data mining / systems aptitude
- Qualified or training in financial qualification (e.g. management accounting)
