POSITION: JAVA DEVELOPER
LOCATION: Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and development experience of three tier enterprise products
• Own feature development from definition, design through delivery
• Exhibit strong development skills and
• Ability to research, follow up and resolve complex challenges

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years experience in product development/services domain
• Object-oriented methodologies
• Strong programming skills, as well as the ability to review complex code bases written by others
• Ability to Model & design databases
• Exposure to web portals and related technologies
• Exposure to open source components for Development, Reporting, Testing for enterprise applications
• Exposure to application clustering and load balancing techniques
• Exposure to Java based caching techniques
• Excellent problem solving skills.

TECHNICAL SKILL

• Web Services, Spring, Hibernate, JMS Messaging, Core Java, J2EE
• Open Source Frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, ehcache
• Exposure to a database preferably MySQL or Oracle
• Build tools like ANT or Maven
• Exposure to portal technologies such as Liferay, Portlet Spec, Portlets

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Design Patterns
• UI Design skills

EDUCATION

• Regular Full Time Degree in Engineering, MCA or equivalent from a recognized University/Institute
