Job description

The business analyst is required to: · Interpret business strategies and translate into business requirements and designs. Clearly define and ensure continuity/traceability of the functional / non-functional requirements as part of the overall definition of solutions to support business needs

· Understand and document current state ('as is') technology / processes to facilitate optimum end-state ('to be') solution design

· Support / manage the design and development of technology and process solutions to meet the agreed business requirements including management information requirements and mitigation of risks (via appropriate controls / reconciliations) within the technology / process solutions

· Support / manage test preparation and execution for designated programme workstreams

· Support / manage the implementation of technology and process solutions following completion of testing including support to / management of training and user documentation workstreams

· Provide post-implementation support including (where necessary) management of operational activities (e.g. risk/control activities) prior to handover to BAU

· Own processes end to end for Analysis

· Manage business and technical stakeholders

· Conduct training sessions for business analysis team
