IBM Hiring Software Developer(C,Unix)

Roles & Responsibilities: Research , Prototyping and coding for features of components. Develop low level Design . Track & review coding activities Unit Testing.

Technical Skills requirement - Proven system programming skills in C, python. - Proven UNIX system programming skills, Kernel development experience is desirable - Proven OS internals including multithreading, RPC, socket programming. - Proven knowledge of data structures and algorithms - - Proven problem solving skills - Experience with any Source code control system and any Defect Tracking system - Good understanding of Software development lifecycle and methodology ( Waterfall or Agile)

Work experience: 1- 2 years Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 1 year experience in System Programming with C or Python
• At least 1 year experience in Linux/Unix internals, Strong system programming including kernel development and debugging tools are desirable. Storage background desirable
• English: Fluent

Preferred

• Master's Degree in Engineering
• At least 2 years experience in System Programming with C or Python
• At least 2 years experience in Linux/Unix internals, Strong system programming including kernel development and debugging tools are desirable. Storage background desirable
