Description

 • Responsible for managing IT Operation/ IT Helpdesk/Service Desk with ITIL framework:

Incident Management
Change Management
Problem Management
Escalation Management
Vendor Management
IT Hardware and Software Lifecycle Management
Data Backup Management

• Responsible for designing, implementing and supporting Telecom Infra to support Call Centre Operation.
• Contribute over planning on IT Expanses, as well as to forecast as part of SIOP
• Maintain and develop IT Business Continuity Planning / Disaster Recovery Planning.
• Maintain and develop IT security.
• Manage licenses and support contracts on hardware and software.
 

Qualifications

 Technical Skills:
• Experience with Programming and Trouble shooting on Lync/Cisco/Avaya platforms
• Experience with Dialogic Veraz/Cisco IGX/MGX,
• WAN: MPLS, EIGRP, BGP
• LAN / WAN : Cisco series Switches & Routers
• Mobility: IPhone/IPad/Nokia Lumia
• Platforms : Win 2k Server / SQL Server ; Win7/8

IT Operational Skill:
• Experience in managing contact center technologies for a large corporation spanning a large base of contact centers and using different vendor products.
• Should be able to understand overall customer requirement and be able to come up with most innovative and efficient solution
• Candidate should have strong analytical capabilities
• Should be proactive in making suggestions to customers on best practices and managing client or Business owners expectations is critical
• Should be able to present the solutions to the customers and articulate the value props in a detailed and crisp manner
• Should have excellent relationship management skills with customers, vendors, partners and other internal teams
• Experience in pricing and commercial packaging of solutions is an added advantage

Others:
• B.E. / B.Tech / Equivalent Technical Qualification .
• CCNA/MCSE is advantage
• ITIL preferred
• Relevant Industry experience.
• Willing to work in flexible shifts / extended office timings.
• prior experience of implementing ITIL process
• Can operate effectively in a global environment working across Cultural and SBU boundaries
• Excellent communication skills
