Roles & Responsibility:
• Design and implement automatic processes and problem remediation using proprietary tools.
• Implement customized scripts where applicable (Shell, Perl, PowerShell, Java Script and Regular expressions)
• Create intellectual capital as appropriate for reuse.

Scope: Automation of repeatable work products to support client infrastructure management
Experience:
• Above 2-12 Years of relevant IT Experience
• At least 2 years of experience in supporting Midrange infrastructure. Well versed in systems command / utilities
• ITIL/Process Exposure
• Shell, Perl, PowerShell, Java Script and Regular expressions

Basic Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree

Certifications:
• ITIL Certification

Technology Knowledge Areas (any 2 areas)
Demonstrated experience with
• Unix server Administration (AIX, Linux, HP-UX, Solaris)
• Windows Server Administration (Windows 2008, 2012, VMware, Citrix)
• Storage Management
• BUR Management
• Middleware services (WAS, MQ, Weblogic)
Database services (Oracle, DB2, SQL, Sybase)

Availability:
• Willingness to work in 24/7 – Shift based as required
• On call support as and when needed to support critical issues

Soft Skills
• Demonstrated Written & Verbal Communication
• Demonstrated Analytical & Virtual troubleshooting skills
• Skills to work in team and collaborative environments
• Customer/Vendor interaction & co-ordinations

Desirable
• IBM Delivery processes and account knowledge Required

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 2 years experience in Java Script,Powershell
• English: Fluent

Preferred

• At least 3 years experience in Java Script,Powershell
