• Provide day-to-day configuration, monitoring, and support for specific aspects of IT infrastructure (network administration, system administration, unified communication etc.) to standards, as applicable • Resolve systems, application, hardware and network trouble tickets • Track related IT issues, coordinate resolution and assist in driving issues to closure with strict Service Level Agreements being met at all times • Provide timely follow-through with customers and IT peers on IT service requests and tasks • Promote and adhere to Company's methodologies, policies, procedures and standards • Maintain a consistent high quality of work across all responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned
