Responsibilities:
• Report Development and Maintenance
• Gather and execute on business stakeholder defined report requirements.
• Estimate the effort, devise plans and coordinate the development, test and roll-out of the business reports.
• Establish objectives and quality criteria/checks to maintain top quality / accurate reports.
• Define measurements analyze and monitor results and present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify issues and think creatively to resolve, plan and lead improvement projects
• Define and manage scheduling of timed cadence reports.
• Develop & manage report access (FTP Sites, Community Pages, Other).
• Document report inventory, key report stakeholders, and requirements to trusted source repository
Reporting Education & Documentation
• Provide training, access and assistance to BT/IT and stakeholder personnel for self directed reporting as well as canned reporting
• Document training materials for newly onboarded report writers and process auditing
Required Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Graduate with:
- At least 3 to 4years experience with Cognos, IBM DB2 SQL, and Datastage Script
-Expertise in MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Excel Manipulation
- Project management
- Measurements and analysis of metrics data
- Effective verbal and written communication skills (English)
- Cross-functional teaming Required
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years experience in Cognos
- English: Fluent
