Position Description Day-to-day live-site and corporate environments investigations of our enterprise infrastructure of Windows and Linux servers and network devices. Providing troubleshooting expertise to large and varied environment supporting Expedia Inc. live sites and corporate applications including servers and network infrastructure, with the ability to learn and understand highly complex environments in a dynamic eCommerce environment. The Support Administrator must possess significant work experience in a production, mission-critical, revenue-dependent, 24x7 infrastructures include corporate, eCommerce and network devices. As in India we need to support the 12X7 function. Works closely with Tier2 and Incident Management teams. Initiate the bridges and looping other internal/external teams. | |
